The session will emphasize the distinctive traits and personalities of diverse candidates which are essential to meet the needs of the new classroom communities. It will focus on recruiting and supporting teachers of color. As an AzNBCT leader, participants will collaboratively understand the value and impact of crafting diversity in classroom environments by having candidates commit to the National Board Certification process.
