In this highly engaging session, CSPs will learn how to use the Professional Learning Plan Toolkit (PLP) to support candidates, their learning, and their ability to reflect deeply. This session aligns with AZ NBCT Leaders Core Proposition #3: Are responsible for managing and monitoring candidate learning and progress, as well as #5 Are members of networked learning communities. If you already have a PLP of your own, you are encouraged to bring it with you. If you don't have a PLP, the materials you will need for this session will be provided for you. Purchase of the PLP is not required. Either way, be prepared to see how the PLP supports developing collaborative PLCs and candidate learning, especially component 4, in a whole new way.
